Per person Rate includes:
Your own private cabin, 3 meals per day and snacks, your own horses and guided group activities, evening entertainment, daily housekeeping service, Kids' Program (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend), swimming pool and hot tubs, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages during cocktail hour. Enjoy free long distance calls (Continental US), wireless internet, self service laundry, library, board and card games in the lodge, in room coffee maker with teas and hot chocolate, unlimted snacks, and other amenities at the lodge. Horseback Riding Policies: Due to recent information regarding horseback riding safety, horseback riding is only available to riders under 240 pounds. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Cory Inouye, Ranch Manager at (888) 689-9680.
Depending on temperatures, afternoon Horseback rides during the period of July 15th through August 15th may change to a late afternoon ride, starting at 3pm. Morning horseback rides will depart as usual.
All riders will meet their horse for an orientation on Monday morning and take a scenic ride on the ranch. Riders may then decide on other rides such as the advanced, scenic, or All Day ride at their discretion. Riders must pass the advanced test prior to riding the advanced ride.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. For convenience only, an 18% suggested gratuity will be included in your bill at the time of check-out. Please feel free to change this amount at anytime. 10-20% is customary if our staff services meet or exceed your expectations.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In is every day after 4:00 pm. Check-Out is every day at 12:00 p.m..
Reservation/Cancellations
Advance reservations are required. We ask for a 50% deposit before reservation dates can be confirmed. Any additional items must be paid in full at the time of your departure, along with the balance of your vacation. Your deposit (less $100) is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days in advance of arrival date. There are no refunds on cancelled night stays within 45 days of your reservation. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel guard is an online quote system, available at http://www.travelguard.com/. The management of Red Horse reserves the right to refuse, change, or cancel reservations at any time.
Pets... Because of the large number of horses, cats and dogs here on our Ranch and for the safety of your animals, we do not allow pets.
Babysitting... $15 per hour per child
Additional Costs or Available Activities
At Red Horse Mountain Ranch, there are additional activities and items available for your vacation which can can include. These include "off ranch" guided activities, labor intensive activities, alcohol outside of cocktail hour,and purchases.
Transportation... Shuttle service is included from the Spokane Airport (GEG) and can be arranged to/from Red Horse Mountain Ranch when making your reservation. Shuttle pricing is $95 for the first person, and $15 for each person after that, one way.
Whitewater Trip…Red Horse Mountain Ranch offers a Tuesday shuttle to the whitewater trip on the Clark Fork River in Montana. This is an all day trip departing after an early breakfast and arriving back at the ranch during dinner. For more information on this trip, please contact Red Horse Mountain Directly.
