Red Horse Mountain Ranch each year hires 20 to 30 seasonal staff who have a mature self-starter attitude, strong customer service and guest care attitudes, strong communication skills, and who appreciate being in the outdoors. Staff members must have a flexible attitude in their work responsibilities and have the expectation to help in any are of the ranch operations. Staff members can expect long work days, one day off per week, optional work for extra money, meals provided, and a summer you'll always remember.
